If you are new to SDB or want to change your derby name or number from last year, please complete the SDB DERBY NAME & NUMBER SELECTION FORM.

Please carefully review the guidelines AND the current derby name and number lists to avoid submitting name choices already taken or too close in nature to another skater’s name. We are here to help you choose a name and select a jersey number, and will let you know if the name you are interested in meets all of Seattle Derby Brats' Guidelines, as found in the SDB Handbook.
